I am a senior product leader shaping how AI and automation transform the way we work by leading the design of enterprise-wide systems that streamline customer support and enable software teams to design and test better products. I clarify complexity so organizations can scale without slowing down and ensure that innovation is matched with security, compliance, and responsible AI.
I’m a bridge between business and technology, equally at home working with developers, analysts, finance, or the C-suite. I’m the trusted sounding board for colleagues seeking fresh perspectives on tough challenges. I’m known for creating “good processes”, meaning just enough structure to make things run smoothly, while avoiding pointless red tape.
I take pride in earning respect by being kind, clear, and consistent, while also holding myself and others to high standards. My instructional design background means I can make even complex ideas understandable and practical for different audiences.
I’m excited to tackle senior leadership opportunities where I can shape enterprise product and technology strategy, scale high-performing teams, and deliver innovation at the organizational level.

Let’s connect: I’m always open to conversations about product strategy, intelligent automation, and building the next generation of leaders.
My Career Path
My career has spanned multiple industries and job roles: academia and organic chemistry, software quality assurance in healthcare, instructional design in agricultural equipment manufacturing, and now product leadership in government software. The common threads throughout have been a curiosity about how humans learn, what guides and modifies our behaviors, and how we interact with technology in our lives. With a fascination for both technology and behavioral psychology, it’s no surprise that my work today lives at the intersection of product strategy, process design, and intelligent automation.
I began with a focus on learning—first in the classroom, then in instructional design—where I built experiences that enabled adults to guide themselves through inquiry-driven lessons. That work taught me the power of well-placed performance support: the right knowledge, at the right time, embedded directly in the task environment. This broadened into an interest in user experience (UX) and information architecture, with the conviction that good design isn’t about appearances but about whether a user knows enough to succeed—and if not, how we provide the right scaffolding in the moment of need.
At Grant Street Group, I’ve had the opportunity to expand this philosophy from the lens of the individual user up to the scale of an enterprise system. I designed efficient, well-loved product features as an individual contributor and I set the vision for teams as I’ve progressed into formal leadership roles. Along the way, I’ve balanced long-term vision and strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution and development of the next generation of leaders.
What ties all of this together is my ability to operate fluently across both technology and business. I thrive as the go-to problem solver who can translate complexity into straightforward solutions, design lean processes that scale, and build trust across teams. I see myself as a Town Planner in Wardley’s framework, eliminating broken processes and building smart structures that enable innovation and accelerate growth.
